According to a funny story found in The Guardian, toothy fairy rates are pocketing kids as much as £10 per tooth in the UK.
The national average is reportedly quite a bit lower than that, at £2.10.
It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it can add up. Even at the national average of only £2.10 per tooth, that can mean £42 in total.
